Year 1951. Recent history dates back to '82. This truck is located north of Seattle on an 1100 acre island with 50 cabins. It was everybody's friend being used for 4 wheel drive stuff. Getting people unstuck, blazing roads through the briars, etc. (I'm sure the truck had a name). They imported a mechanic in 03 and it was given a tune up and fluid changes. Only a couple of months after that it was parked in a barn. A couple of weeks ago when I met this truck, the gentleman told me to bring a battery and it would drive away. The first thing I did was look in the radiator and saw the beautiful color green. It's being sold as a running vehicle, except for one thing - the header pipe has rusted off the flange and fallen a bit toward the ground. The vehicle appears to be as it was released from the military except for a replaced driver's seat at some point. This beautiful example has not been in the hands of teenagers or hot rodders.
