This auction is for an all original 1995 BWM M3, in a rare Dakar Yellow with black Napa black leather interior, black leather Vader seats with the tri color band M logo, in great condition a great piece of German Engineering. It is equipped with the powerful 3.0 L 24-valve DOHC inline-six hand assembled engine with 240 bhp with 5 speed manual transmission, this car is very fast and has lots of torque. !!!It is in great condition, and from one owner. I bought it brand new from a dealership in Daytona Beach, Florida in December 21, 2005. Driven by a non-smoker, to and from work mostly, and has always been in Florida. It is always garaged kept. The vehicle was always serviced at the same BMW dealership, maintained regularly including oil and filter changes, and all the required scheduled inspection maintenance as indicated by the service indicator lights on the dash. The interior is in great condition for it age with normal wear, the rear seats were almost never used, it has the Napa Leather that has been treated on a regular basis. The headliner and A-pillars, C-pillar were professionally replaced with BMW OEM parts, the new sunroof panel is in the trunk of the car and will needs to be installed, and I have receipts to document it. All the power equipment works as expected, including cruise control, air conditioning, power windows and power door locks, radio/cassette/6 CD’s changer, and an on-board computer. Mechanically the car is very sound, very powerful and fast, the transmission shift perfectly and the clutch works like new. The car has newer brakes. The tires are a little chapped for lack of rotation, you can not rotate staggered tires, therefore they are a little noisy. The front struts need the upper strut bearings, under uneven roads they make some noise, but I already have the OEM replacement parts and they will go with the car. This small issues do not affect the drivability of the car. The exterior is almost flawless, no dents or dings. Excellent paint finish in the rare and very desirable Dakar Yellow. This car is an absolutely head turner and it is a collector’s dream. I hate to part with this car but I already have other vehicles, and really don’t use it. I need to sell it as I can use the funds for another project. I wont be afraid to drive this car anywhere. This car has been very reliable and never had a problem with it other than it’s regular maintenance. The car comes with all OEM manuals and book, and all the original keys. Please understand that this is a used car and therefore it is not perfect, but it is in great condition.
