This auction is for a 1999 BMW 328i, 4 door sedan, with the very reliable BMW 2.8 L 6 cylinders engine and 5 speed manual transmission. It has Black exterior with a luxurious dove gray leather interior and wood accents, all in great condition. This combination makes the car very elegant. The car is equipped with a Sport Package, which includes sport front seats with multiple power adjustments, sport suspension and wider wheels, making the car a truly fast European sport sedan, really the Ultimate Driving Machine. The car has been regularly maintained every 3 months, including oil changes and tire rotation, detailed in and out and always garaged kept. Owned and driven by a non-smoker. It is all original with the exception of the K&N filter that I installed to improve the already great fuel mileage running between 24 to 27 miles/gallon. I purchased the car in April of 2009 because I needed a good commuter car for work, and it served the purpose really well but I don’t need the car anymore. The exterior is in great shape and people think that the car is actually newer, it has the original paint and looks very good. There are some small parking lot dents but nothing major, and somebody backed up close to the car and left a mark in the rear bumper. The car has never been in an accident. The wheels have some curve rash, but the tires are ok. The interior is also in great condition for its age, and the leather has been regularly treated with high quality products. The front driver’s seat do show some regular wear as expected, but no large cracks. The car is equipped with power front sports seats, with memory feature in the driver’s side, for settings up to three drivers. It also has the lumbar power adjustment in the front seats. Intermittent wipers with rain sensor. Automatic Climate Control system that works great. The car is also equipped with one-touch power sunroof, Auto-Dimming Rearview Mirror, Cruise control, power windows with one touch up and down feature, telescopic adjustable steering wheel, front and rear reading lamps, power door locks with keyless entry. It has one original key, all the original books and manuals, and OEM tools in trunk and a full size spare tire with same design wheel. The Business Radio/CD player works perfectly. Mechanically the car is also in great running condition, never had a problem with this car at all. The car is equipped with four wheel disc brakes with ABS and Traction Control systems, 6 airbags: driver’s, passenger‘s, front doors and both A pillars, The car was recently serviced, including spark plugs, fuel injection service, new OEM hoses and belts. One of the rear bushings needs to be replaced and I do have the OEM BMW bushing, but never replaced it because it does not really affect the drivability of the car. but will need to be replaced to make the car perfect. Engine, transmission and clutch are perfect, no problems what so ever. Sometimes the engine light comes on for a short period of time and then goes away. The technician said that I need to bring the car back when the light is on but it has not occurred yet, he also said it could be fuel related or just a sensor but nothing major because it does not stay on. The car comes with the upgrade hi-lo beams bright blue headlights. I really love this car and did not want to sell it, but need the funds for another project. Please understand that this is a used car and therefore it is not perfect but it is in great condition.
