tallgaloot store Click here to get tools for multi-variations at Auctiva.com This is a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 Pickup Truck. It is a 2 door club, can fit up to 6 people. It has 166,608 miles on it. It is equipped with a 3" lift package as can be seen in the pictures. It comes equipped with 4 wheel drive, towing package, CD-player, power windows, power locks, airbags, keyless entry, remote start, bed liner. Vehicle has a clear title and is up on inspection (New Jersey) until May 2011. Has a V-8, just serviced brakes and fuel pump in the last 3 months. Vehicle has served me well the last 2 years. The truck does have a few issues. Cruise control does not work. Air conditioning occasionally stops working, but is generally good. The display on the cd player comes in and out. Check engine light is on at the moment, as well as the airbag light indicating a possible problem there as well. According to my mechanic, the check engine light is caused by a misfiring piston in the engine. The transmission also seems to be going bad as well. The car still drives, but experiences problems anything over 45-50. A lot of shuddering and shaking. Some problems shifting into higher gears. Some cosmetic damage, scratches on side from tree branch and a number of dings on the truck. This is a good project truck if you know what you're doing or one to take apart for pieces and sell. I've decided to sell the truck because I've purchased a newer model and don't have the time or know-how to work on this one any further.
