Vehicle Detail
I have a clean 1977 Dodge Ramcharger automatic 4x4 (actually it is Plymouth Trailduster, but front grill is from a Ramcharger so the only badging you can see on the truck shows Ramcharger, title says its a Trailblazer) newly painted ARMY HMMVW flat tan with 125K miles on the whole truck. It has a Big Block Mopar 440 out of a 1972 Dodge Charger muscle car with over 500 HP that has been rebuilt with some nice after market parts with only a couple thousand miles on rebuild; glass packs on the true dual exhaust for a low mean sounding truck. The transmission and transfer case were both rebuilt at the same time as the engine. The transmission is the highly sought after heavy duty TourgueFlight A-727 auto, considered by most to be the best automatic transmission in the world. The four wheel drive works awesome with full locker differential low gear on the transfer case. This truck is all-time four wheel drive and is true 4x4 and when in 4-low-lock, ALL FOUR wheels turn like a tractor at the same time, hard to find a real 4x4 these days. The truck has factory A/C, but not hooked up. The brakes are discs in the front and drums in the rear and all are in excellent shape and stops the truck on a dime. The interior is simple with black carpet on the floor and two nice black cloth bucket seats (with nice middle console) and shoulder seat belts, no back seat. The tires are 32/10.5/16 Mud Terrain with 80% tread or better. There is a custom made removable sun roof big enough to stand out of (nicely done, does not leak when locked into place). The removable hard top comes off all the way to the windshield for the summer; also has a factory roll bar. It has a CLASS 4 hitch wired for many different trailer light setups. This is a reliable turn key tough truck; heater works and is ready to go hunting, camping, or whatever else. This truck is a blast to drive and will slow crawl up anything you point it at or go over 100mph+ on the freeway; it gets LOTS of attention and is currently my daily driver. Full disclosure: Small leaks out of the power steering components and front differential. Neither are major issues, just leaks that can be fixed down the road or just monitored and fluids added as you go. NO MOTOR/ENGINE LEAKING OR TRANSMISSION LEAKING ANY FLUIDS AT ALL! You can see this truck on a two youtube videos I recorded on 9/19/2010: 1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OzYdPQTjLhc 2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NaSA-ZGQbM0 Title in hand for fast transaction. I dont like to give any of my money to Paypal, thanks. If this is an issue for you for trust issues, then call me on the phone in person before you bid and we might be able to figure something else out.On Oct-09-10 at 13:44:27 PDT, seller added the following information: I have recorded 2 new videos today to add to the existing two videos. 1- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dc-cLZAsNDU2- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXUg3r1bc6w Some more information: The exhaust ends under the truck after the glass packs just before the rear axle on both sides. One or more of the belts is squealing a bit and should be addressed by either tightening or some belt conditioning spray. The side step on the passenger side is welded to the frame and was intended for dual purpose as a step and a mount for a side winch to recover other vehicles from the side. All the lights work on the outside, no radio on the inside and the gas gauge is not working, but all other gauges work (including after-market tachometer AND speedometer). Full size spare tire in the back, and the heater/defroster worked awesome today and had to turn it off after only running it for a couple minutes. The radiator is pretty new, but a little on the small size, however I drove this in 100+ degrees all summer all over the place for 1.5 hours straight through and had no issues whatsoever, so it obviously does the job. Also, if you have 0 feedback, then you must call me on the phone in person if you want to bid (208-570-9301), otherwise your bids will be deleted before end of auction. You have to understand that with 0 feedback, you could be the next scammer wasting my time, or you could be legit, just call me to let me know. Thanks and good luck bidding.
