Nice original unmolested Ranchero that was the XLT version, loaded with all power options, dual remote sport mirrors (working) and large leather bucket seats with arm rests. The car had been stored in a neighbors garage for the last 10 or so years. It was being used as a large tackle box for all of his fishing & boating gear. The tranny went bad, and there it sat. I purchased it back in May 2010 and got it running with a new battery, plugs, oil & filter, fresh gas in a remote can, and 4 used tires. Sent out the transmission to be rebuilt professionally and after that I purchased a nice OEM Dash pad in the correct color, new carpet and floor mats, bulbs, light switches, etc, and installed them. I have also purchased a correct reproduction headliner but have not installed it. I pulled the wheels and the drums looked very good, and had a friend clean up the rotors. I purchased 4 used, like new 17" SR Anthracite FR500 Wheels (Shelby Racing) and 255 40 17 Z rated tires. The leather seats have met their match and will need to be recovered ($389 at MUSTANGMARKET on Ebay). The paint may have been repainted once but if it was it still looks good, all I did wash wash and dry the Ranchero with a chamois cloth. Front bumper is nice, the rear has some early stages of surface rust only. The bed is the worst area due to all of the years of stowing, throwing, and removing gear for last 10 years. It has a lot of scratches in the bed and surface rust from oxidation (see pics), but no holes or anything. I got the power windows working good, and the drivers power seat, just removed & cleaned up the connections and a little silicone spray. Runs and drives very good, dual exhaust sounds very nice Please email any questions or photo needs and I will respond by end of day, This ranchero is being sold as is, where is, with no warranty.
