The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 refundable deposit within 24 HOURS of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Fee and Tax Information: There is a one time charge of $199.00 documentation fee (THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE REGUARDLESS OF THE COMPLETION OF SALE OR NOT). TN residents ONLY pay sales tax. We provide a 30 day temporary drive out tag for in state and out of state buyers. Title processing (in some cases) may take up to 30 days. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
