As you can see this "Thing" ain't perfect... but with a little extra time and a few bucks it sure could be one of those ya see on here ! Ihave had this since the early 90s and am the 3rd owner. I replaced the tires and put in the stereo and changed the oil every yr. This has NEVER seen the winter here abouts...only the nice weather months and in the evenings at that.. We've hardly been out in it this summer ! Anyway, as you can see the fender needs replacing and the drivers seat is shot. The previous owner cahnged the fuse block to american fuses. It has good brakes and clutch...the engine drips a little oil, but does not smoke. Thwe top is in good shape but has a small rip on the side above one door..I'll take a pic tomorrow..but does not leak. The side curtains are present, but one has had a repair done...clear window plastic installed, but not correcty. It works and keeps the wind out, but it ain't right. The heater never worked..I think it's all there but don't know. I never planned on using it . I'm gonna miss the ol' boy, but it's time fer someone, maybe younger and with more time and money , to have some fun. Like I said, he ain't so young any more..got a few dings on him, but with a little TLC he could be himself again ! It's for sale here locally too, so I will reserve the right to end this auction early if someone makes a move.
