This auction is for a 1938 Chevy Master 5 window coupe. It is all original and has never been in an accident or messed with. It was last on the road in 1963 and has been hiding in a barn ever since. The mileage is a little over 33000. The motor is original, we took the head off and loosened up a couple stuck valves and it will turn over with the battery in it and gets spark. The cylinders look very good, no rust at all. All the lights and electrical work too with the battery hooked up. The best part about this car is the body only has 1 rust hole in it on the front left cowl and by the rear bumper brackets it has a couple of very small holes. The rest of the body, doors and trunk have no rust through and are super solid. The running boards and front clip have rust issues that you will see in the pictures. The drivers side glass is all broke and the passenger side door glass is cracked. The front and rear windows are good. The frame is solid and straight. Please go to the link to see all the extra pictures, I have about 200 of them and they show every angle of the car from top to bottom and you will see the areas that need attention along with how nice the body is. I have a clear Illinois title to go with it too. The only parts of the car that are missing is the radiator and one of the headlight lenses.
