Up For A 5 Day Auction With No Reserve - Sold To The Highest Bidder This is a 1968 Ford Mustang True Convertible Built 302/C4 transmission. In 2004, it under went a driver restoration. It was taken apart and had new paint, interior, trim, weatherstripping, chrome & drivetrain. Less then 15k mile's have went on since being restored. Been only garaged and kept covered. Not alot of word's need to be said about this Mustang as the picture's speak for themself. Turn key and ready to be driven anywhere. This Mustang has comfort option's including Power Steering - Disc brakes - Power Top - Power Antenna - Dual Mirrors - Console / Slide Out Cup Holders. Spent most of it's life in Arizona & recent year's in Los Angeles, California. Restored back to it's original color combination. It was painted 68' Acapulco Blue with a White top & Blue standard interior. A beautiful color combination that really stand's out. A correct GT C stripe was added & a new set of 68' style steel Chrome wheels were added to the mix. The body is in good shape, clean floors, trunk & body. Doors open/close tight. The interior was fully restored. Redone with Blue standard interior. A woodgrain Mustang Steering wheel & dash was added as well. Gauge's were restored and in working promptly. The interior has the original look with the exception of a am/fm radio. No aftermarket cut out's in the door's or panels. Working Seat Belts for each passenger. Interior is in really good shape. Mustang floor mat's front to back. In 2004 - Converted over to a full V8 conversion. Performance Wise, this Mustang has been fully rebuilt using only the best part's. Has a 302 V8 bored 0.30 Over with a C4 Automatic transmission. Here is a list of new part's that were added on with receipt's coming in over $3,000 dollars. All engine work was done at " Mustang Service Center " in Glendale, AZ. Holley 4v 650 Electric Choke carb - Aluminum Edelbrock intake - Tri Y Header's - MSD ignition - Front Power Disc Brakes - Main Electrical Harness - Engine Gauge Harness - Set of Plug Wires - Stainless Overflow - MonteCarlo Bar - Ford MotorSport Chrome dress up kit - Driven from AZ to CA in hour's. Good on the freeway at high speed's. This Mustang can move quickly. Runs & Drives just fine. C4 shift's just fine into all gear's. Handle's smooth and sound's really good, not to loud. Dual Exhaust with new chrome tip's. Tire's are just perfect, no rubbing P195/70R14 all around. The mileage show's 92,250 but I'm sure it has turned over once. Overall, this is a driver that can be driven anytime & anywhere. All light's & gauge's work. Turn signal's in the hood work just fine. Power Top goes up/down in second's. Power antenna work's like it should. Windshied wiper's & water - perfect. Even the console light's work. The trunk has the heavy duty rubber mat with a new low profile Goodyear spare. It was in a couple of car show's & Knott's Berry Farm Ford show when restored in 04' Overall, this Mustang was built to be a driver. Barley driven since the restoration. All the paint/chrome is in good shape. Keep in mind, it's not concours or a trailer queen, just a nice car. Does have very minor few flaw's. It is not a Correct point's winner but a great Mustang to Cruise, turn key. The paint is not by any mean's show quality.
