So to encourage serious parties, I reserve the right to end the auction early. Please keep in mind that I will not negotiate the price after the auction ends. That being said, let's get to the FUN part! For your consideration, offered at NO RESERVE, I offer a SUPER CLEAN 1971 CHEVELLE SS CLONE. (I'm listing this car for my brother Joe (the registered owner) as he does not have an Ebay account.) This triple black beauty is equipped with an automatic transmission coupled with a Chevy powerplant. The (non-original) high performance engine was built by his friend at the cost of nearly $6,000. It's a 4 bolt main/350 cid bored out 4 over and stroked to 385 cid. It also has an Edelbrock 5,000 performer intake manifold mated with an Edelbrock 650 cfm 4 barrel carb and high volume oil pump. The automatic transmission is a 700 R4 B&M(4 speed) /B@M lock-up kit/B&M 2000 stall converter-MOTOR/TRANNY HAS ONLY ABOUT 5K MILES ON IT ! (The odometer shows 29k-but I have no idea if the mileage is original) The car is equipped with power steering/brakes. The car has had a TON of recent parts/improvements including: NEW-CHROME BUMPERS/CHROME CRAGAR RIMS/TIRES/FLOWMASTER EXHAUST/HEDMAN HEADERS/NEW CARPET/BENCH/RADIO/SHOCKS/WINDSHIELD/SPRINGS/RADIATOR /BATTERY. **PLEASE NOTE: I would best describe this car as a super clean TURN KEY "DRIVER"-and NOT a "SHOW CAR". Though it was painted just 2 years ago, it does have some cosmetic shortcomings. And, although the body and undercarriage are virtually RUST FREE, there is some very light (easily sandable in a few minutes) surface rust in the trunk (see pics). Also, some of the paint is beginning to bubble near the rear window and fender/door area (see pics). That's about it. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS OR ARRANGE AN INSPECTION/TEST DRIVE.
