Today, I am listing one of my favorite cars of all time, my 1998 BMW 328iC! Due to other interests, I am offering someone else the opportunity to love this car as much as we have! Everyone who sees this car, cannot believe it is nearly 13 years old. BMW styling doesn't age like alot of cars, but the condition of this car is much more on par with a 3 year old car than a 13 year old car! We have owned this car for approximately 2.5 years and put roughly 15,000 trouble free miles on it. The only thing I have had to replace were the tires, which currently have about 5,000 miles on them. The tires we put on, were BFG Traction T/A and are wearing very well....cheap tires on this type of car will 'cup' and be noisy, these are NOT! Every option works flawlessly. The a/c blows ice cold, all power (including both seats) works smoothly. The one touch operation top also works well, but if it has been up for an extended period needs one bow helped, this can be done right from the drivers seats, and does not happen going up, or if the top is used regularly! I currently have a Sony AM/FM CD/MP3 w/iPOD cable installed in vehicle. The factory cassette w/code will also come with. I changed the radio because the factory 6 disc changer seemed to have a mind of its own as far as skipping, so the changer in the trunk does NOT play with the Sony. I searched hi and low for this car when we purchased it. I found alot of poorly maintained and rough cars. This is by far the opposite! I can find ZERO traces of paint work. How many 1998's still are wearing their factory GERMAN paint? The interior shows very minor wear, again this is a 1998 and I am super picky. I have sold previous cars on Ebay all over the United States, and everyone said the cars were actually much nicer than they thought they would be, I will call it as I see it, and realize buying a big ticket item is difficult on the internet! There are no warning lights on, the check control shows everything is working order. I would not hesitate to hop in this car today and drive across the USA! Speaking of which, we have averaged 26.5 MPG in mixed driving, with a high on the road of about 32 MPG...save gas in style! I do not have the factory sticker, but had found a site at one point that showed standard and optional equipment for this car. I do remember this car is equipped with the luxury pkg, but not the sport. It also has the Rollover Protection System, side air bags, and factory 200 watt amplified 10 speaker audio system. KBB Private Party 'good' value is $9335. Reserve is less than that. This is going to be an AUCTION, unless someone comes to my house and waves an acceptable amount of cash in my face, it will run its course. Intelligent questions will be answered in a timely manner, ridiculous questions/low ballers will be ignored or embarrassed. If you are seriously looking for a 328 Conv, you will NOT be disappointed!
