1985 Honda Nighthawk

I have a 1985, used, but in pretty good condition, bike for sale. As you can see by the pics it is in pretty good shape. The person who had it prior to me (or two prior) had obviously broken off the turn signals which does not enhance the looks but is an easy fix. That is the biggest and only cosmetic issue that I know of. There are some very minor scratches but nothing that would even warrant a special pic. It was my first bike and I just don't ride it nearly as much as I thought I would. I had good intentions of it being a daily rider to work etc but it is just not that easy to do in work cloths and carrying work stuff. So, I have gotten some good use out of it this summer but not near as much as I wished I could have. Now, that we are approaching winter I am thinking that I would like some other toys next year so am selling to get money for them. My reserve is set just below what I paid for it. Now for what issues I know of regarding the bike, when I bought the bike I took it to a local mechance and he said it felt pretty good but that the bike downshifted rough. For me it has alwayys been fine but just want to be full disclosure on this listing. I changed the oil recently so that is taken care of. Other than what I was told about it by him, I have never had a problem with the bike. Runs good. Drives great. Plenty of speed for me although I have nothing to compare it to other than cars and boats. Anyhow, would make a great bike and would love to get it out of my garage.
