This is a 1960 Cadillac convertible. The car is being sold at our facility and we have no prior history on the item. The car is being sold on a California Lien sale packet. This will enable the buyer to go to any California Dmv and receive a title for the car. The exterior is in good condition. The paint is shiny. There is some slight body damage on the passenger side of the car. There also is some rust bubbles on the bottom of the fenders and the doors of the car. The driver side window is cracked. The chrome trim on the passenger side is dented. The chrome is faded and pitted in some spots. The convertible top is cracked and torn. The interior is in fair condition. The front seat is ripped. The carpet is worn and the dashed is cracked. The interior chrome is pitted also. There also is a missing compartment by the glovebox. The car has a V-8 engine and an automatic transmission. The car is missing the battery. The car does fire up and runs good once warm. We started it with an auxiliary fuel tank because the regular fuel tank is full of nasty old gas. The car is hard to start and does idle rough but it revs up fine and does not make any noises and does not smoke out of the tailpipe. The car has no brakes. We did not drive the car but it does shift into all the gears. The car is not in drivable condition because of the brakes. This is a No-Reserve auction. Thanks for looking. Winning bidder must contact us within 48 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. All California residents will pay sales tax.
