Nice 1985 380SL, beautiful original factory paint, never in an accident, clean with perfect engine and transmission. This is a smoke-free automobile. The engine on this vehicle is running properly. The mileage represented on this vehicle is accurate. There are no signs of prior damage on this vehicle. There are no noticeable dings on the exterior of this vehicle, one small scratch rear left fender, surface scratch with no metal damage and a very small unerpaint rust on driver door, see picture. This vehicle is in original 1985 conditions, including the Becker radio. Blaupunkt speakers were changed. No issues with the electrical options, everything is functional. The Air Condition and Heater are working very good. Soft top in good conditions, clean rear window. Hard top in excelent conditions. Inside is in good conditions, some small cracks on dash.

Failure to do so could result in termination of the contract and the bidder may also be subject to paying liquidated damages as stated bellow:
   "The purchaser agrees that in the event he fails to pay for the property or remove the same within the prescribed period of time, the Seller at its election and upon notice of default shall be entitled to retain (or collect) as liquidated damages a sum equal to the greater of (a) 20% of the total purchase price of the item(s) as to which the default has occurred or (b) $200.00 or the purchase price of such item(s) if the purchase price is less than $200.00."

   In Re Sale of this or any motor vehicle between International Vehicle Wholesalers (Seller) and successful bidder (Buyer), parties expressly agree that the sale is commenced and executed in The State of California County of Los Angeles and furthermore the Parties agree that The Courts of The State of California, County of Los Angeles has EXCLUSIVE and ABSOLUTE Jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between parties related to this above mentioned Sale.
