Here is a super-clean, mint condition R1200RT with very low miles. It has all the right accessories for those long (but comfortable) days in the saddle. All factory maintenance recommendations are up to date with new tires, new battery and a 12,000 mile inspection which was recently accomplished at our local BMW dealer. You can get on this bike tomorrow and ride it from coast to coast in complete confidence and safety. Your only operating expense for a looong time will be fuel. Included with this like-new Beemer are the following: (1) a new Sargent custom saddle with the BMW tri-color panel (most comfortable saddle I've ever owned); (2) Cee Bailey windshield, plus-2 width, plus-1 height - - a big improvement over the stock windshield; (3) Metzler RoadTec tires, front has less than 1,000 miles, rear has 2,500 miles; (4) Heated Grips; (5) Folding highway pegs: (6) Other Stuff: a "Fat foot" on the side-stand, fairing glove box liner, accessory power plug, anti-theft alarm (with remote), clear turn signals, rear fender extender with BMW logo, original BMW Rider's Handbook. Please take a close look at the photos. It really does look this good when you're p close and personal. The ONLY blemish is a tiny scratch on the left bag which is visible in one of the photos. I am selling the bike because I have the hots for the new 4-valve R1200RT, and I will probably kick myself for selling this fully accessorized beauty. A couple of the photos show my Garmin Zumo GPS which is wired (correctly) to the bike's electrical system, i.e. the GPS is switched ON and OFF with the ignition key. Word of advice: Don't mess with the Beemer CANBUS system unless you know for sure what you're doing. The ZUMO is brand new and stays on this bike only at the Buy-It-Now price. The ESA is set at the two-up position and the spring dampening rate is push-button adjustable for Normal, Sport, or Comfort settings. The integrated ABS system is a great safety item on this bike. I am retired and in my 70s, so this bike has been ridden carefully and perfectly maintained. I can deliver the bike most anywhere for expenses and a return ticket, but in any case full payment is expected before the bike leaves my garage.. Please do not bid unless you have the resources to complete the deal. Finally, if when you see the bike and believe I have misrepresented it in any way, I will return your deposit.
