Titles to vehicles are sometimes held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans or payoffs. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the title up to 14 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles unless otherwise stated. In some cases we will hold titles until cashiers check or other types of bank checks clear unless other arrangements were made. Titles will be sent via FedEx for proper tracking. You are bidding on a preowned vehicle. This vehicle has been previously driven and has been subjected to normal wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. We attempt to fix or repair all vehicles prior to offering them for sale. We describe all vehicles as accurately as possible; however there is no possible way to include all minute details and imperfections which might include books, manuals, service records, and extra set of keys or remote key. We give you what comes with the vehicle when we purchase it. If there is more then one key or extra remote you will get it. We describe to the best of our ability the percentage of tire tread left on the vehicle. Also, sometimes tires are mismatched (different brand names) we in no way will be held liable. If you are expecting a preowned vehicle to be absolutely perfect please do not bid!

Florida law requires any vehicle 10 years or older is to be sold as "mileage exempt." Any mileage listed is based on the actual reading on the speedometer. While the vehicle is being offered for sale, in some cases, the vehicle may be driven by the seller and actual miles may increase slightly. Also all jurisdiction of this transaction is in Broward County, Florida.
