For sale is a used inmate transport vehicle used by the Coles County Sheriff's Office in Charleston Illinois. The miles on this car are nearly all highway miles, and the vehicle has undergone regular maintenance (along with the rest of the fleet). It has had a few repairs including: new computer module (03/2009), fuel sensor (03/2010), new tires (04/2010), new gas filter, spark plugs, and fuel pump (05/2010). The car does run rough, so a little maintenance will be in order. There are also a few minor scuffs on the rear bumber and one dent I noticed on the left driver door. A police radio antenna has been removed from the roof. The hole was plugged with a rubber or plastic plug. The car is being sold as-is due to the miles and running rough. The last photo of the inside of the vehicle shows the vehicle running and also shows it's mileage. This car was a program car we purchased for extraditions and transporting inmates. The vehicle was never driven in a pursuit situation. The car is available for pick-up only in Charleston Illinois. Payment may be made by certified cashiers check, money order or cash (in person).
