While we usually have all titles in our possession, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles unless otherwise stated. In some cases we will hold titles until cashiers check or other types of bank checks clear unless other arrangements were made. Titles will be sent via FedEx for proper tracking. Florida law requires any vehicle 10 years or older is to be sold as "mileage exempt." Any mileage listed is based on the actual reading on the speedometer. While the vehicle is being offered for sale, in some cases, the vehicle may be driven by the seller and actual miles may increase slightly. Also all jurisdiction of this transaction is in Broward County, Florida.
