1951 Ford Country Squire Station Wagon. This is a 1951 Ford "Shoebox" woody that I have been collecting parts for - for a substantial time period. Whenever I found a 1951 Ford Woody part, I would buy it in preparation for my restoration. I have run out of time and money, and needless to say, my wife has run out of patience. I have a clear title in my name and all of the original manuals - including the repair manual and the owners manual. (These are original - not reprints.) There are numerous extra "shoebox' woody parts and many duplicate parts that are unique to the 1951 Ford Station Wagon all of which are included in this auction. I have taken group photos of some of the parts, but I don't have enough room on Ebay to list all the photos or parts. The following is a list of some of the difficult Shoebox Woody wagon parts: 1. An extra tailgate with windows. 2. An extra woody wagon passenger's side door. 3. All of the interior window frames, chrome trim pieces, and side panel pieces unique to a wagon. 4. An extra Wagon gas tank and filler pipe. 5. An extra rear seat frame with springs. 6. Extra tailgate hinges. 7. Extra (complete) wagon taillights with lenses. 8. The exterior chrome trim that runs the length of the rear body and well as the door trim chrome. (Some duplicates.). 9. An extra station wagon spare tire bracket. 10. An extra 1951 Ford Station Wagon rear bumper and bumper brackets. (Bent, but easily straightened.)11. An extra set of 1951 Ford Station Wagon headliner bows with the dome light. Some parts are not unique to a 1951 Ford Wagon, but are needed for restoration. They are as follows:1. 1951 Ford Radio. 2. 1951 Ford radiator. 3. An extra set of 1951 Ford front fenders. 4. Two extra 1951 grilles (they have surface rust and dings) 5. An extra set of 15" ford rims. 6. An extra 1951 Ford steering wheel, Horn ring, steering column, and steering box. 7. Two 51 ford drive shafts. 8 Two extra shoebox ford headlight buckets. 9. Numerous extra parts for the engine such as fuel pumps, regulators, etc. 10. Boxes of extra tiny parts too numerous to list. 11. New, in the box, set of shocks. etc. etc. On the negative side, the Woody needs a complete restoration and is missing the drive train. I was planning on buying a 1951 Ford Four Door and using the drive train to make my wagon as original as possible. I have found several of them with complete drivetrains in a price range around $2000. There is one on Ebay at this time for $1350.00, that is complete, but not running. I have taken close up photos of the floor rust that will need replacing. Overall, the wagon is in good shape. It has a dry, rust free, frame, and there is substantial metal to patch the floors. At the same time, it needs a complete wood kit, etc. I have take close up photos of the worst areas on the wagon. Please look at my Ebay feedback scores.
