Up for sale is a 1977 chevy 4X4 stepside truck. Truck is automatic, 4-wheel drive, tilt coloumn, new sony cd player, new tires, new battery, has a complete set of chevy truck rally wheels with all the proper trim included, has an extra auto trans and transfer case that goes with it. The engine is a 1970 350 - 4 bolt main that was rebuilt in October of '09, has less than 10,000 miles on it. Truck runs great, 4 wheel drive works great, all lights, wipers and brakes work great. Truck has been sitting all summer. Just put new alternator, and battery in it. Everything works great on the truck, except for the transmission. The transmission goes from first gear, to third gear. It does not slip at all, it just skips from first to third gear. Still runs and drives fine. It may be something simple like a stuck check ball in the valve body from sitting, i'm not sure. I just don't have a place to work on it, nor the health to work on it. The truck does have some rust in the drivers side of the bed, and it does need a front spring hanger on the rear passenger side.....other than that, the truck is mechanically good. If you want to, you can come drive the truck for yourself. It's not a new truck, it does need some work, but the truck is worth putting work into it. The truck is being sold as is with no warranty. There will be a $500.00 dollar NON - REFUNDABLE deposit required at the end of the auction. ALL FUNDS MUST CLEAR before the truck will be released from my possession. READ THESE TERMS VERY CLOSELY ! The truck does have a shifting problem with the transmission, but that DOES NOT keep the truck from running and driving it anywhere you choose to do so. The truck will still run and drive fine down the road. I just listed that issue in this auction just to let people know that their is a problem with the transmission, I just didn't want anybody to think that I was trying to hide anything from them. This truck is not a piece of junk. It is a decent truck. I just do not have the place, the time, nor the health to deal with this truck.
