1992 GMC Typhoon. I have owned this great pinnical of suv performance since 2000. During my ownership, it has undergone several parts, or upgrades for reliability. I am selling the vehicle because of change of events, truck runs and drives great. The Ty has been extremely reliable for me for the 20,000 plus miles I have owned it, once I got it all sorted out. Always garaged kept, never out in Ohio's winter, so rust free. New parts: Work done by Aber's GMC in Ashland, OH Rebuilt engine short block New stock turbo master cylinder Transmission rebuilt, with the correct Typhoon parts( 20k miles no problems) Items replaced by myself: new walbro in tank fuel pump 255 lpm (upgrade) Accufab billit adjustable fuel pressure regulator Transmission cooler added New distributor Recent tune up cap, rotor, wires and plugs Front end rebuilt winter 09 New tires moog/energy suspension parts(idler,pitman, tie rod ends, ball joints, busings) Rear sway bar added( stock ones do not have one?) Heavy duty Gilbert fron driveshaft( last one it will ever need) New alternator (not rebuilt) and serpantine belt (two weeks ago) optima red top battery New windshield Autometergauges: Boost/vacuum, fuel pressure, and trans temp A/C, cruise, window,mirrors, stock gauges all working condition. It is a used vehicle, although a rare and a unique one, that has a better than used car life. There are some chips and minor wear, from being driven. Sold as is where is. Thank you for your interest.
