Selling my original 1970 914-6. Clear CA title. Numbers matching original 6 motor. Porsche Cert of Auth included. I'm assuming the trans is original to the car as it has a part # starting with 914. Per prior owner: 91,000 original miles P.O. cleaned the idle jets and synched the Webers Oil cooler seals need replacing Original heat exchangers with small leak(verified by me) New engine oil & filter Additional info: Car starts and can be driven, engine revs nicely & feels strong, some smoking in exhaust, I removed the windshield as it was cracked Koni reds on the car now Interior in good condition, no dash cracks, no targa cracks Carpet not so great Calipers have been painted red by P.O. and LR has a slow leak Based on my observation, some rust issues but in good, straight overall condition Original color = Tangerine, P.O. painted it red Car is basically 99.9% complete as to parts One engine lid bracket needs spot weld fixed(common) I removed both bumpers and had them trued up and re-chromed at the Bumper Shop in Los Angeles(picture) I have OEM L & R USA-style tail lenses (Hella), one new and the other just as nice. (NLA) The rear bumper is the rarer old style(original) Five original 5 x 14 genuine Fuchs with new tires mounted New front fog grilles included I'm sure I forgot some stuff that I have Areas of body concern are RF lower windshield area and battery tray area. P.O. has done repairs to the battery tray zone and right side long near jack point. Both areas will need work. See pictures. Shifting feels a little sticky, sure to need bushings, etc. Great restoration project with large potential value. I am no 914 expert, so its best if you see the car in person to satisfy yourself as to condition.
