Vehicle Detail

I have decided I want to sell it with no reserve and take the highest offer. Good luck. I will be out of town floating the river and will have bad cell reception from Thursday the 19th till Sunday the 22nd please try to ask any question before or leave a message and if I have reception I will try to call you back. This 1999 Chevrolet 3500 dually was bought brand new and made into a show truck. The original owner invested over $125,000.00 and put 35,000 miles on the truck and had it featured in a magazine in 2004. I bought the truck in 2006 with 35,000 miles on it. I drove it all the time when I first got it and havent driven it much in the last 2 years. It now has 44,000 miles on it. It is a 454 with automatic overdrive in excellent condition. I just recently decided to start re-doing the truck and make it more up to date with new higher end parts. I just put over $10000.00 into new suspension, drag blocks, air horns, 30+ gallon aluminum fuel cell, tires, alignment, and battery. The modifications to this truck are extensive almost too much to list but I'll try. I am going to add a link to a few videos on you tube of it pulling a enclosed trailer down the freeway on 3/27/2010. The truck has a complete air bag set up with 5200 lb 600 psi capacity in rear and still hauls heavy loads. The rear is a custom dual triangulated 4 link NO PAN HARD BAR so no side to side action and no tire rubbing. It is the only way to go as low as this truck goes. It has an engine driven compressor and a viar 450 electric pump as a back up system. 2 - 5 gallon air tanks, Accu air valve block ( no fitting on the block so no air leaks +++) The tanks will hold air for months I would say for ever, I know for sure after 6 months of sitting the air pressure doesn't drop 1 lb. It has full gauges for air, individual bag pressure and tank pressure so everything is easily monitored. The air system is a 3/8" air line set up and is very smooth and comfortable. It used to be a 1/2 " air set up but was too fast and violent. I am into more useable clean reliable setup. The only possible upgrade to the air system would be a Accu air self leveling system and get rid of all the guages ($1,200.00). Then it would be like driving a new Escalade. I have done many air systems including Air ride technologies big red valves and individual valves. The Accu air is superior to these other setups if you want a reliable clean maintenance free setup. It is more expensive but well worth it. It has a full floor body drop so it lays rockers. (Full floor body drop means the floor was not cut so the cab is completely stock). So you dont have to look stupid with your head smashed against the ceiling while you drive it. Tons of billet parts fully finished bed. It has a big stereo system, with Alpine video screen head unit DVD player and 12 disk changer, Also original Playstation (dates the original age of show truck) LOL not hooked up any more, but probably could be. 4 - Kicker solobaric subs, many mids and tweets, and I believe multiple Fosgate amps. It has a Cadillac Escalade front clip with GMC Denali front bumper I had installed (not finished paint) and Cadillac rear tail lights, all handles shaved and done right and clean. It has 19" APP custom wheels. The paint job cost over $20,000.00 when done over 6 years ago, all the graphics run in the door jambs and in the bed. There are some flaws in the center console from age and use (I was going to completeley re do it) and some paint chips and minor dings and dents from using it. It would not take much to make this truck full show again. It still could be shown the way it is but it has so much done it deserves to be shown as a $125k + invested truck, magazine feature, perfect over the top show quality. There is quite a bit I was going to re- do but I have 3 other cars currently in the shop getting customized and painted so I've decide this one has sat long enough and needs to go to someone else who has the time to use it. Whoever gets this truck will get a great deal at a huge savings and I am sure will have no regrets. If you have any knowledge or experience with air ride cars when you get this you will realize this has been done right which 90% are not. This would be the perfect rig to haul your toy hauler with your show car, race car, custom Harley, or boat. If you got one of these why don't you tow it with an over the top rig! And have room for your wife and another couple, or 3 of your buddies! If you don't have anything to tow thats OK because you will still turn heads everyday! Be the first at the "End of the World Rod Run", "Hot August Nights", Sturgis", or "Key West Offshore World Finals" turning heads! I would say "this will be my loss and your gain" but I've got to use this truck for over 4 years and have enjoyed it alot. So I don't feel selling it at any price will be a loss! But It will deffinately be your Gain as it was mine! I like this truck alot but I am going to sell it! After just putting over $10,00.00 into this, and the original owner having over $125,000.00 into it this truck at this price is a great deal. Any questions don't hesitate to call 360-265-2792 I will answer any questions you have. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wlf9jrF3TLI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4F2G_3s2Vw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2i8WDRpV5c http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYuu0BrGtFY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zkTuBB95Q48 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S00mXplrMiE It has the Alpine flip up monitor in dash, center console mounted Alpine DVD, and Ipod hook up. Also in the center console has the old air system guage and 2 paddle switch that controled it (neither hooked up). The new system is controled by the switch box on a cable and the new guages are not mounted because I planned on having the center console completely re-done and fabricating the guages into it at that point. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fr7kXQ_Jgo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TEOIFUnxcrU I added two more links with truck driving without trailer and airing it all the way up and down. I also added a picture of the original window sticker and options sold with the truck. 2 recent recipts since the suspension was redone. Discount tire for the outer four tires over $1,000.00. I couldn't find the receipt for the inner 2 but they are also brand new. Meineke for upper and lower ball joints, brake fluid flush, repack wheel bearings, new brakes and wheel cylinders, new rear inner seals, oil change, fuel filter, differential service, coolant flush, replace low pressure switch, and reciever dryer on A/C and recharge A/C. $1,600.00. I just had the alignment done at Leschwab, I would not hesitate to drive this truck anywhere. I have both keys from brand new and all original owners manuals as well. Good luck!
