Offered for sale is a 320i that has been routinely maintained for its entire life. This car has been a family member's daily driver for the past three years. In addition to maintenance receipts/records from the previous owner citing the routine repair and maintenance from 1990 to 2007, I have completed the following work on the vehicle: New parts installed: alternator radiator thermostat belts and hoses starter steering rack steering shaft with universal joint front struts front and rear brakes 5 new tires: Firestone FR 380 of correct size various electrical components, headlamps, battery, etc Pioneer CD AM/FM Stereo with aux imput for MP3/Ipod, new speakers, front and rear. Sun roof crank handle Cold air intake filter New exhaust from factory manifold to muffler. Catalytic converter shell intact, and passed PA State Emission Inspection (Visual inspection only for car of this year). Spark plugs, points, distributor cap, plug and coil wires Heater blower motor PA state inspection valid through April 2011 Some surface rust spots have been repaired. Surface rust on the roof and sun roof were ground out, primed and painted. As well as surface rust at left front wheel well. Although not done by a body shop, the work has held up nicely. There is surface rust at the right front wheel well and a small spot in the adjacent quarter panel. The "start" position of the ignition switch had failed and a momentary, marine style switch was installed where the factory speaker fade controller was mounted, (to the right of the steering column). The ignition switch still controls the ignition, the starter is controlled by the momentary switch. The interior of the car is original, and is very good shape for a car this age. There is a small crack in the middle of the top portion of the dash. The air conditioning compressor is working and blows cold air. This car starts every time and performs well. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly through all the speeds. As expected on an unmolested engine of this vintage, it does have a few oil leaks. It does not drip oil, though. I have attempted to describe the car accurately, and will gladly answer all questions promptly.
