This beautiful CJ has been a personal toy for the owner of our dealership for the past year. He bought it on ebay about a year ago, the following information is from the ebay listing. It had a complete frame off restoration done by the second owner 3 years ago. The engine and transmission were both rebuilt at that time. The body has been rhino lined on both the inside and underside. It comes with both a hard and bikini tops and hard doors with roll up windows. The 258ci engine with T176 - 4 speed transmission both had less than 3,000 miles on rebuilds at that time and have had very few miles added in the last year. It has a Motorcraft MC2100 carburetor upgrade, Nutter bypass to ignition module, complete set of new guages - fuel, temperature, ammeter and oil pressure, 4 inch lift with 33 x 12.5 inch tires, new Moser one piece axels and seals in a Dana 20 rear end and Dana 30 front axel, exhaust header, new exhaust, alternator, master cylinder and water pump. It needs a manual or auto choke installed, the speedo gear in transfer case changed so the correct speed will register, rear seat cover, new emergency brake cable. We put a new fuel sending unit on it but the fuel guage still does not work. It has some minor rust ? bubbles in front of the drivers side rear fender flare and some small cracks in the paint in the same areas on both sides - see pictures.
