Uses no oil. 400 transmission – works great – Checked and has new filter. 155,000 miles. AC system changed over to the new freon. An awsome towing vehicle for your boat, race car or camper!! Jim 256-566-1306 I have owned this car since it had only 4,000 miles. It has been strictly maintained and stored mostly under shelter. Used mainly for vacations, pulling boats and travel trailors. Several years ago a restoration was started with the idea of never selling it. The restoration came to an end when the economy collapsed and I allowed the vehicle to run into a tree in my front yard, doing a small amount of damage to the left front quarter panel and radiator grill. A new bumper is included with the car. Listed below are some of the restoration tasks that have been accomplished, along with approximate dollars spent (rounded off) · New Headliner. $150 Sculptured and reupholstered front seats with original factory standard materials. $250 New door locks all around. $250 New weather stripping everywhere. $150 New carpet in the front area. $100 New taillights. $125 New side emblems. $50 Suburban was stripped to the metal and a new 9 layer paint job was applied. $5,000 Alcoa aluminum rims. $1,000 Completely new brake system. $2,000 Almost new AC system changed to the new gas. $1,500 Almost new steering system. $600 New front bumper is still in the box. $225 Tires have about 5,000 miles on them. $600 when new. New windshield and gasket. $175 About my items for sale. I have spent all of my life boating, camping, and doing woodworking in my home shop. I also spent over 40 years in construction. Now I am getting up in my years and can’t do as much as I would like to. My wife and I have collected all kinds of stuff over the years and now are trying to downsize. We have three storage warehouses full of this stuff. These are things that were used in our home, work and fun. Some things were purchased for whatever reason and just never used. Some are used and still good to someone. Some have memories for me, but it is time to let go. Some have almost no value, and some have greater value. This is like a true yard sale. None of my items for sale were purchased for the purpose of reselling on E-bay. These are being sold mostly for a price to cover all the costs of selling and shipping with a few extra dollars to cover at least some of the extra value. This is not a business!
