Description This Jet Black 2009 BMW M3 is a one owner car. It looks, runs, and drives like a brand new car. This car was bought thru US Military sales - special ordered from the M3 factory in Munich, Germany. Car was driven in the summer fall of 2009 and parked until the spring 2010. Car is US/CA certified smog legal, with documentation. The only thing I can fault is the scuffing of the leather on the drivers seat from getting in and out (see photo). Car is in Santa Rosa, Ca. Payment of Balance Due The remaining balance due plus applicable fees and taxes will be paid within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. This means all funds must clear in order for release of title, documents and vehicle. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
