DESCRIPTION Hello, up for bid is a 1973 Mach 1 Ford Mustang. Took it in on trade intending to restore but found old pick up truck that I like so I am selling to restore the truck. This is a 302 automatic. Motor seems to run very good but I havent driven it any distance so it should probably be trailered to be safe. The battery wont hold charge. Transmission shifts great...I drove it around my neighborhood. The previous owner states has some new parts and here is a list of what he gave me......1. brake calipers 2. pads 3. rear drums 4. wheel cylinders 5. alternator. These are supposed to be new and brakes seemed really good when I drove it. This is a fantastic car to restore. I just prefer trucks. Does have some normal rust for age of car. Needs some floor board work, trunk needs repaired, bottom of passenger door has some rust. The hood has rust. You can see in pics. This is an old car but still in great condition to restore. All of interior is in nice shape except carpet needs replace. Passenger front seat not ripped just has some kind of blue paint on it. Should clean off pretty easily. The door panels are in good shape. The front windshield is cracked. I just recently got it and its sitting in my driveway and many people have been stopping and asking about it. Has clear Ohio title. Not sure if mileage is correct. This is mileage on speedometer. I have described to my best ability but could have missed something so please ask any questions and see all pictures before bidding. I was told by previous owner it is a Mach 1....looks just like a Mach1. I am not up to date on Mustangs so use own judgement. Sorry for any inconvenience.
