This is an 1965 Mercury True Cyclone. Sitting since 1981 in the yard, this is a real Backyard find. Lived it's enitre life in Southern California with the original Black plates. The original drivetrain is long gone. Was a Factory 289ci "A" Code 4 speed transmission. Look's to be the most of the original paint and interior, White with Red Interior. Has all of it's original body panel's. All the apron's are in good shape. The floor's look clean. Just has surface rust & original primer from sitting all these year's. The interior is 100 % original and remain's the original bucket /console. It does come with a 64/65 T-10 transmission with linkage & correct shifter. Has all the factory Auto Lite Glass in place except the front windshiled. The dash rpm look's to be original. Has the little bit of damage on the fender that caught some of the corner bumper. Overall, this would make a great project to restore back to original or make a vintage race car. I love cause it remain's mostly original and has all the hard to find chrome pieces still in place. Hard to find a 65' True Cyclone 4 speed in unrestored shape. They are alway's restored & hardly in project conditon. It will need to be restored top to bottom & once again, is a project.
