1966 Mustang Coupe 289-4V-V8 Automatic Transmission Power steering CD Player Power Locks & Windows Front Disc Brakes & much more........ All eyes will be on you (this car) with this one of a kind classic cruiser! EXTERIOR: Painted Swift Red cut and polished. New door handles, tail lights, stainless mirrors, lightly tinted windows, front & rear marker lights, custom tri-bar head lights, front & rear bumpers, Shelby front hood with vent, Shelby side scoops, custom front grill, stainless hood catches , new locks and keys, new back up lights, new fiberglass street style front apron with fog lights in the center. Tail pipes were moved from the sides to the back. Paint is fine, car had a cover on it and the rain and sun water stained the hood only, may be able to be compounded out- cannot be seen from a distance, but up close it is visible but faint. (price has been adjusted accordingly) INTERIOR: Completely redone and more. New Carpet, front and rear seat upholstery, padded sun visors, new door panels, arm rest pads, headliner, seat belts (including harness belts in the back for the kiddies), remote alarm, custom kick panels with Sony 6 inch speakers, 6x9 Sony speakers in the rear and 10 inch sub-woofers between rear seat and trunk with custom amps for both Alpine receiver CD player & woofers, custom A/C system by Custom Air Co., power windows & power door locks, shaved dash pad area. Custom key and lock on shifter, hazard lights switch in glove compartment, new tachometer(speedometer not connected or may have to be replaced) and custom steering wheel. DRIVE TRAIN: Modified 289 8cyl motor with Holley Carb, polished intake manifold, shorty headers with Shelby exhaust system pipe to the side of the car, high performance water pump. Custom 70 amp alternator, polish air compressor, Pertronix ignition modernization igniter kit, 4 row radiator kit, Shelby engine dress up kit, curved chrome Monte Carlo bar, chrome export shock tower brace, wire kit under the hood, power steering with new control valve and ram, all new inner and outer tie rod ends, new upper & lower control arms with new custom dropped coil springs, new rear leaf springs, new front & rear sway bar kit, front & rear shocks, front disc brake with adjusting proportioning valve for rear brakes, new power brake booster & dual master brake cylinder, 16 in. polished Torque Trust II with custom tires, 6 blade fan, rebuild C4 auto transmission. Just had alternator replaced and new battery. This classic mustang will be a nice driver or show car for someone. The hard work has been done and now its time for someone else to enjoy it. So if you are looking for a beautiful mustang to show off at car shows or just cruise around town then this would be a winner. This Mustang has been very reliable and fun to drive! It is not a new or perfect car even though it looks like it. It is also over 40-year old and should be considered a vintage Mustang.
