A very Rare find. This 1972 914 that does not have rust in the normal 914 areas. The pictures tell it all. This car still has yellow paint on the original battery box. The trailing arm attachment points have no rust. No rust through in the floor area. Look at the passenger door picture- no sag even when it is on the dolly. In addition to being a perfect restoration candidate , this car is a great candidate for a race car or to re-create a 914-6 or 916. The motor turns over freely using the key but does not start. The oil pressure light when off with just the speed of the starter. The transmission was nearly full when inspected it. This was a California car moved to Missouri and stored in a barn. The car come with the original owners manual. I expect full payment within 7 days of auction end.I can store the car for 30 days.
