ORIGINAL, UNMOLESTED 1996 Roadmaster wagon in gloss white with tan leather interior - non smoker Restored interior with NEW CARPET throughout the floors and cargo area. 20K on rebuilt transmission. LT1 5.7L Corvette V-8 - almost 300 HP (available only on 94-96 roadmaster models). This is the last year for the wagon !!!! – these cars are getting very hard to find in this condition – just look at the others on ebay and you’ll see what I mean. Really nice examples command a high price. I have priced my wagon accordingly considering the mileage, upgrades, and overall condition. Look at the condition of the trim, wood grain, and steering wheel – all very nice. New carpet and floor mats for you – like a new ride. I also added Dynamat® and extra insulation under the front carpet to make this one ultra quiet ride!!! Factory Delco AM/FM/CD/Cass works perfectly – new Sony® 6x9 4-way speakers in the rear deck, factory concert sound speakers in the front. Other recent updates: New rear brakes, new shocks, new spark plugs, new oil pan gasket, new rear main seal, new windshield, new front brakes and rotors replaced 20K miles ago, new battery, new temperature sending unit. All factory options except heated seats. Remote locks with key fob, original owner’s manual, power everything. Leather – all luxury. Car runs and drives great – I am an honest seller – eBay member for 10 years with a 100% feedback rating. As such, here are some of the car’s shortcomings: tires need replacement, they have minimal life remaining. Steering alignment required – there is a little play in the wheel (probably a pitman or idler arm – easy fix $50- $75 for the part+ cost of a front end alignment). Right valve cover gasket leaking and needs replacement. And lastly – the left rear window needs a guide pin inside the door – the window ‘walks’ out of its track when powered down. Again, this is an easy fix – I just have not got around to it yet. I really don’t want to sell this thing, but it is a third wheel and my wife has to walk around it in the garage to get to the trash cans – (garaged for last 8 months). If I don’t get the right price I’ll keep it. These cars will CERTAINLY increase in value over time. They are very collectable pieces of automotive history.
