First off I would like to state a couple of points. The vehicle for sale does not have an engine. This vehicle was bought by myself to import to the United Kingdom (Great Britain) to restore as I have a great love for Classic American cars. I bought this car on the 25th January 2010 with the intention to ship it over in the latter part of this year. Since purchase the UK has elected a new government whom have decided to raise import fee's and other taxes that would apply. I therefore can not afford to import it and feel it is best to resell it to allow it to be fully restored to its former beauty. I have been in constant communication with the previous owner (whom is storing the vehicle) about the resale of it and he will be able to arrange the collection with the new owner. I have all the documents which I can provide scans and photo copies of once sale has been completed while the originals are posted to the buyer in the fastest post our service supplies. Now about the car itself: The car is a 1969 Ford Fairlane 500 without an engine. It looks in decent condition from what I can tell but some work may be required. Without an engine it would even do as a donar car for another project. All the glass is intact apart from a slight chip in the front screen which may be able to be repaired. Paint looks in good condition with only a few areas of surface rust thought I am unsure of what lies beneath. Drive shaft is in the trunk since no engine or tranny to connect to. Black leather seats are worn but still good condition for its age. Due to this strange situation I have only seen the pictures which I have included with the sale. As I have previously stated I have had good communication with the previous seller and can arrange as a middleman for collection or provide you with his email and you can cut me out at this stage. If you have any more questions then I will endeavour to answer to best of my knowledge or if I do not know then I will contact the previous seller. I am not out to make profit on this car as I am just making sure it receives the care it deserves.
