I'm the original owner of this vehicle, which has been maintained by the same local BMW dealer since purchase. The car has never been smoked in. Exclusively used by adults and mostly for single occupant highway commuting, thus the interior and exterior are in very good condition. The car has been garaged since purchase; both at home and at work. There are no door dings, but one very minor scratch on the right rear door (see photo). The car has never been in an accident or suffered storm damage of any kind. Extended maintenance agreement valid to March 2011 or 100,000 miles and transferrable without fee. Extended warranty agreement valid to March 2012 or 116,000 miles and transferrable with $50 fee (to be paid by buyer). For those of you not familiar with BMW maintenance contract, it provides for all standard maintenance on the vehicle including oil and filter changes. Tires are not covered by the service contract, but we recently replace both rear tires due to a puncture in one tire. There are some scrapes on the wheels and rocker panels and we recently had a rock chip the windshield, which we had repaired. The hood has a few small road chips that occurred before we had a clear protectant put on the front of the car.
