1984 Ford Ranger 4 Wheel Drive Purchased this truck over a year ago and have it running. New rear brakes and drums installed, new shocks all the way around, new front pads in a box and a new Borg Warner Clutch Kit in a box. I have pulled the fuel tank and coated it using a tank sealer kit due to a few pin holes in the front. I also sanded and painted the outside of the tank with POR-15. The inside of the tank was very clean and a month after completing the work it does not leak. Truck starts and runs well. Though I have only driven it through the neighborhood, it seems to run out well. The body is in fair condition for the age. There are numerous dents though virtually all panels are good enough to be repaired and painted. Frame rails are in very good condition as well as the shock and body mounts. I purchased an Eddie Baurer interior out of a 1985 Bronco II and it is in fair condition as well. Included are two doors from the B2 that have power locks, windows, and door cards. The Dash has a minor crack that can be fixed. It will need tires as well. Also comes with a Ford and Haynes Repair Manual. Not a pretty truck, but lots of potential and there are plenty of parts available as many are still on the road. It will require some work to be road worthy, but at this price it will be a good project. I reserve the right to end this auction as it is for sale locally as well. I also have the Duraspark conversion parts for an added price should the winner be interested including a rebuilt 2150 non-feedback carb.
