Vehicle Detail

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Ebay Pulled the Listing of This Roadie Wagon because AutoCheck shows it as having a Salvage Title Record through Minnesota State DMV. Because of this Fictious Data, Ebay is Forcing me to list this vehicle as a Salvage Titled Vehicle. IT IS NOT A SALVAGE TITLED VEHICLE. I contacted Minnesota State DMV Directly at 651-296-6911 and was apprized that Minnesota State DMV (THE Authority in this matter) shows this vehicle as possessing a Clean Title Record, Never Having Been Branded as Salvage. You have the VIN... You may call and verify this information yourself. The AutoCheck Data is, at best, Misleading and, at worst, Fictious. I am trying to get AutoCheck to correct it's Database, unfortunately they frown on dealing directly with anyone unless you pay them. Hey, Ebay! Thanks for putting me at the mercy of extortionists. That is what I call "Customer Service"... NOT!! THIS 1996 BUICK ROADMASTER ESTATE WAGON WAS ACQUIRED IN 2003 THROUGH AN INSURANCE/SALVAGE AUCTION FACILITY. IT HAS NEVER HAD A TITLE BRANDED AS 'SALVAGE', OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN NORMAL, BY ANY STATE or BY ANY AGENCY... AND, AS SUCH, THIS ROADMASTER WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH A CLEAN & CLEAR COLORADO TITLE. !! NICE "COLLECTORS EDITION" ROADMASTER WAGON !! I am selling my Very Dependable, Non-Smoker's, 1996 Buick Roadmaster Estate "Woody" Station Wagon with L60E Automatic Transmission. This is a good sized Family Wagon and has a nice cargo area. Excellent Grocery Getter!! This car is Roomy and Quiet! I needed to do some Hauling of Heavier Items rather than People & Groceries, so I have Purchased a Full Sized Pickup Truck. I purchased this Roadie from a friend in Colorado Springs in 2006. He bought it... damaged... in 2003 from an Insurance/Salvage Auction. It was provided to him with a Clean, Unencumbered Minnesota Title by the Liquidation/Auction Agency. It appears to have been a Damaged, or Adversely Repossessed, Lease-Return Vehicle... I cannot be certain and Minnesota DMV has no information concerning this. I helped him repair/replace the Front Bumper, Radiator, A/C Condenser, Grille & Hood Damage. I was aware of its history and the repairs performed to correct the damage and, as such, I had no qualms about purchasing and driving this Roadie. All of the repairs were minor and there was No Frame Damage and No Drivetrain Damage... it did not even require realignment! This vehicle was Operational after the Accident and DID NOT deploy it's Air Bags. It's Chain of Clean Title is Unbroken. It has a Current, Valid, Clear & Clean Colorado Title and It Runs & Drives Beautifully. Since this has been a Backup/Emergency Vehicle for me, it has a Battery "Quick Disconnect" installed for Longer Term Storage so that the battery does not go dead. No Tools Needed! The Stereo Presets seem to last about 6 weeks. I have been running this Roadie monthly and have not had to reprogram the Stereo. Here is a Picture of it: This Roadmaster Wagon was the last year of GM's V8 Powered, Rear-Wheel Drive, Full-Sized Cars. It is Powerful and moves through traffic with Authority! Many people are very surprized by just how quick this car is! It has many "goodies" with it. It has the Original Retractable Cargo Cover and it's Cargo Net! It also has a Factory Heavy Duty Towing Package installed... but No Hitch! A 4-Pin Flat Connector Has Been Installed I have a set of 235/75R15 KUMHO All-Season, Heavy Duty Tires Installed that are at 95%+ and it also comes with a set of Studded Snow Tires on an additional set of the Correct Roadmaster Alloy Wheels. They are also at 95%+ Condition. It has a set of Custom Fender Skirts installed. They give it a "Lowered-Look" without actually lowering the vehicle! This is a 5.7 Liter (350 Cubic Inch) V8 LT1 (De-Tuned 'Vette Engine) Powered Vehicle That Seats 8 Adults!! It runs BEAUTIFULLY on El Cheapo Gasoline and gets over 25 MPG out on the Open Road... an EXCELLENT Cost Effective Family Vacation or Road Trip Vehicle. It has just passed (with ease and as usual) it's Yearly Colorado Emissions Test. It has Chrome Down-swept Tips on it's Dual Exhaust System. It has many nice features like New Rain-X Wiper Blades (Front & Rear) Complimenting the Front & Rear Intermittant Wipers, it comes with a Full Set of Manuals (Owner's, Workshop... ORIGINAL GM SHOP MANUALS... NOT Chiltons or Haynes!), Twilight Sentinel (Automatic-On & Off Headlights... No More Dead Battery from Lights Left On Accidentally!), Turn Signal Alert (in case you leave your Turn Signal On while driving along enjoying the ride!), Automatic Locking Doors (When you put it in "Drive"), and Full Power Seats. Very Comfy! The Shades for the Overhead Vista Window Work Perfectly. The Retracting Cup Holders in the Armrest are very nice. The Programmable Air Conditioning/Heating System keeps the car at a steady temperature and it also apprizes you of the exterior temperature. The Auto Dimming Mirror is very handy. The car is mechanically "Turn Key" and ready to roll. The only real flaws are cosmetic... a Cracked Driver's Side View Mirror (been that way for years). The Fake Wood Grain on the Small Trim Pieces did not handle the UV at Altitude very well and is Faded & Peeling. There are some chips in the Paint on the Hood from Winter Road Sanding with Gravel. Maybe the shocks might be needing to be replaced soon... the "ride" is getting a little mushy. The Original Stereo has been Replaced with a Kenwood AM/FM/CD Deck (Manual Included) and a BOLT Amp (Manual Included) has been installed in the Driver's Side, Rear Stowage Compartment. This wonderful car has it all and wants for nothing except a new owner. I hate to part with it, but I just can't keep it as a backup to my backup vehicle... the wife won't let me. As you can see from the photos, it is not Hail Damaged and it is not a Cancer Victim (here are some underside shots... oh, yeah... the "wet" under the Wagon is from me Rinsing it off before taking the photos!): I am not going to give this Wagon away... it runs too well and I have taken very good care of it! If you have any questions, would like to come and see the "Roadie" or if you would like me to send other photos, please Email me or Call me at 303-324-4722. If you don't get me directly, don't worry about the message; it is purposely vague to discourage telephone solicitors. Leave your name & number and I will call you back.On Aug-01-10 at 12:11:12 PDT, seller added the following information: IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Here is a copy of the Current, Clean & Clear Colorado Title
