I am selling a super rare 1970 GMC Jimmy CST 4x4 with full removable top that I bought to keep but I ran across a 72 Cheyenne short bed 4x4 I wanted more so this one is up for grabs. This Jimmy is the most solid original one I have ever seen with no rust thru or rot and the color combo is great and the underside looks as good as the top side. It has the original V-8 engine and 350 turbo auto transmission along with power steering and power brakes. Everything works on the Jimmy to include the original radio, 4x4, etc. I have the original build sheet, original title, protecto plate, state inspections with mileage statements and the previous owner stated that the mileage of 27,101 could very well be the actual mileage but i have no way of proving it but the Jimmy was last tagged and inspected in 1994 and the mileage statements on the state inspections that i have are consistent with the current mileage showing on the odometer but i am selling the Jimmy with 127,000 miles to be safe. I do not think the top has ever been off of it but I am not for sure. The original spare is still in place and the interior is all original and in good condition with the dash pad having a few cracks and the carpet has some wear but that is normal. All the original guages work and the engine fires right up with no noises or smoke and oil pressure is very good and it does not run hot. The build sheet and glove box identification decal show the Jimmy coming with the custom sport truck package or CST as everyone likes to call it and medium red paint with insulated white top, power steering, power brakes, etc. The Jimmy has always been garage kept and has had one repaint which looks good and the Jimmy turns alot of heads. I am selling the Jimmy as is where is and I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime since I have it for sale locally. Ask any and all questions and thank you for looking.
