We do not accept bank drafts. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit must be received within 3 business days following the close of auction and the balance paid within 10 days. 2) All vehicles are sold "AS IS" with no warranty expressed or implied. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied him/her-self as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Insurance is provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping, but our insurance ceases to cover anything once it is sold. The word "sold" means, when funds are received in full, not at the time the vehicle is delivered. 5) All vehicles 10 or more years old are exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to on the exact mileage of an older vehicles it will be mentioned in the advertisement. 6) Florida residents must add 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, since we are a dealer, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the State of Florida we are obligated to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchaser’s state sales tax, not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will be given a receipt proving tax was paid. This receipt can be presented at the buyers state tag office for sales tax credit. Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida. From time to time there are payoffs that are made at banks on car loans, and titles may be in transit. This could result in a slight delay in the titles coming to me, although this is a very rare occurrence. 99% of the time I have titles in hand. 10) Any buyer with negative feedback will be ignored and their bid cancelled unless we are contacted directly to authorize the bid. Any buyer with zero feedback also needs to contact us prior to bidding. We will give negative feedback on any final bidder that refuses to honor his/her obligation.
