Up for Auction is my 1988 Chevy Silverado 3+3 four door dually. I am the second owner and bought it to bring it back to its glory days and because my late father had one. It has been in California all its life so no rust. It was on a ranch in Southern California before I bought it. It has a Kenwood Stereo not a CD 6x9 are in the back and a single factory speaker in the front driver side. It has after market seats and the back can fold down into a bed. I have spent $1700.00 worth of work to get it ready for SMOG I have the papers. The headliner is coming down in small areas nothing major, the front windshield will need to be replaced, all the lights work and gauges work great, It has dual tanks and both work aswell as the switch. The power locks work, the power windows work, they will need new seals around the windows, the fender flares were replaced by the first owner and he lost the marker lights, I called chevy dealer $40.00 for all four, I have not added them due to just got back to work and have things that need to be done first and that is the only reason Im selling it, I would keep it but I need the money. I have the air tube for air cleaner, it will need new tires and a service of the transmission it is time, the oil change was already done, It has a leak back by the rear main but never burns oil and I have not added any since last oil change. There is an exhaust leak on the driver side exhaust bolt snapped good news it was 1/4 inch from the head so no major work to fix it. I put a new catalytic on it new O2 sensors and alot of gaskets on its smog test on failed and that led to another so I just had them replace them papers to back that up. It has AC but I never put a belt on it so not sure of its status. Also the throttle body will need a rebuild or a really good cleaning, it stcks some time when driving down the street. I do not drive the truck very much so it sits on the street I start it up drive around the block and shut if off, also the registration has been paid, NOT buyer is responsible for the smog I will not do that I do not have the money for that so keep that i mind. But this will not be a problem due to the repairs. The window' in the doors and rear and front wings do not have cracks just the front. The body is not bad for a 22 year old truck. I have explained the truck to the best of my ability, I am not a mechanic so please ask questions!!!
