Properly maintained, this car and engine will go to 500,000 miles readily. All it's life has been in the South except for I year in the North and the second owner was my son. It has a third seat option, air has been converted to R134 and works great. Child car seat safety rings have been retrofitted from Mercedes. The car has self-leveling rear suspension. It has a rebuilt transmission and torque converter. The vacuum system has been maintained and tuned so the transmission shifts smoothly. Nearly new Nokian radial tires. Everything works as expected and as original on the car except the sunroof (it needs to have the tracks professionally cleaned as it is very difficult to close) and the cruise is finicky. It has a 2010 safety inspection certificate from NY state so it has been thoroughly inspected for safety. Color is a rare factory teal green with light tan interior. The dash is not cracked and the interior has signs of wear but there are no rips or tears, the seats are in tact. The crossbars for the roof rack are in the back and can be seen in the picture of the third seat. There are no rust spots but there is a small dent right at the front corner of driver’s fender caused by a large icicle…broke the turn signal too but that has been replaced. W124 service manual included.
