1960 Pontiac Canadian made Stratochief 2 door stationwagon Very Rare Pontiac 2 door station wagon built in Canada. There were no American made 2 door Pontiac station wagons built in 1960. It has the Chevrolet chassis and drive train from the factory, with the Chevrolet 235 six cylinder engine with the three speed transmission on the column. It runs and shifts really nice. The interior has been redone,seats, door panels and carpet. The paint is good driver quality, not show but very nice. Chrome is nice, no pitting. Engine compartment has been detailed to a very nice quality. Glass is all in good driver quality, no cracks or chips. Nice radial tires all around with white walls. According to the vin number on the car this a matching number car. It has the vin number of the chassis and the serial number of the engine on the chassis tag.I can email you the picture of the chassis tag if you like. I have not figured out how to add more pictures to the listing so I can email more to your email address if you like.If you look in the picture that you can see the starter side (passenger side) of the engine you can see two vertical casting lines in the block that is tell tale sign that it is a 261 Pontaic engine.
