For your consideration: 1977 Mercury Comet - runs really well - body is in good condition. I have owned this car for about 5 years, to my knowledge I am the third owner of this low mile beauty - just over 100k on the clock and plenty of life left in her. The exhaust is probably the worst problem on this car - it is fairly rotten away and smokes - and is also loud. Head pipes look good to me - but i am no expert. The interior is a beautiful green paisley vinyl and in fairly good condition - the front seat has pulled apart at the seam but could be repaired - rear seat is in excellent condition - dashboard has no cracks and is in good condition - the headliner of this car is also in excellent condition - the carpet on the floor needs to be replaced (or some floormats) the driver side floor is the worst of it - again - to me it seems like a lot of small cosmetic damage but the car itself is in great condition - the radio has been replaced with a newer unit and the rear speakers also replaced - the drivers side view mirror has come off but i do have it and it is included in the auction - NO HUBCAPS - car has a clear NJ title in my name and i have one set of keys for it. The battery and alternator were replaced last year. Also recent oil change, air filter, fuel filter and plugs.
