1996 Honda Shadow

This is a 1996 Honda Shadow VLX600 with a salvage certificate. I bought this bike for a project from a friend and completed 99% of the repairs. It wasn't wrecked bad, just 1 bent fork, rim and fender but I also replaced the handle bars with 36" wide drag bars, new chrome mirrors, levers and grips, softail seat, new battery and sprayed it all flat black. The only thing left to do is connect the wiring for the lights and controls. Also the key was missing so I bought a new ignition switch but just need to replace it so I haven't had it fired up yet. It ran fine when parked 2 years ago. It also has a Vance & Hines exhaust. I wanted to finish the bike and keep it but i'm moving out of state in less then a month and don't have time to finish it and wait for the R-title to come back from the DMV. It will be a very good bike for a very low price! This bike is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.On Jul-27-10 at 16:38:34 PDT, seller added the following information:I wired up the ignition switch and turned the engine over but I realized that the side cam holder has the top stud that bolts down the valve cover snapped off. I've found the cam holders on eBay for around $25
