Solid daily driver 1966 Mustang "A code" coupe. Numbers matching, all original survivor. 289 four barrel, Cruise-O-Matic "green dot" C4 transmission. Relatively rare Emberglo exterior, Parchment interior. Has console, seat belt warning light, and Rally Pac. Still has the original 4100 four barrel carb. Runs and drives fine, has the usual minor leaks and squeaks of an unrestored car. The only thing really missing is the correct air cleaner assembly. Factory AM radio is not installed, but will be included. The car needs to be restored, but is really solid. Floor pans and shock towers are in very good shape with only minor rust. The worst of the rust is the wheelwell lips and the bottom front corners of the doors. The body work required to finish this car should be minimal in comparison to many of the rust buckets I see for sale. Interior is all original, and nothing is modified or missing, but does need restored and/or replaced. Still has the ratchet lug wrench, spare, etc in the trunk. I am the third owner of this car, the previous owner bought it in 1971, and he stated that he never had the engine or tranny out of the car. I'm pretty sure it's all been right there since Ford bolted it in. I believe the stated mileage to be correct. Glass is all good, windshield does have two small rock chips. American Racing Torq Thrust wheels, and BFG TA radials are basically new, less than 1000 miles since installed. Clear Nebraska title.
