Vehicle Detail
Up for sale here is a 1968 International Harvester Travelall 1100 2wd. This rare truck is a good candidate for restoration or as a parts truck. True mileage unknown. The body is in overall decent shape, but here are several instances of rust damage. they are located on the following: front facia, both rear quoter panels, and the rear door hatch. The trucks 345 engine runs very well, and the trucks transmission shifts without issue in all forward gears and reverse. The trucks fuel line is currently run to a gas can as the previous owner replaced the passenger side tank but never re-plumbed the fuel lines. All the glass in the vehicle is good, and the rear window does raise and lower via electric switch. There is minor surface rust on the top of the truck. Most of the interior needs restoration, and the stock seats were at some point replaced w ith bucket seats that any self respecting owner would replace. The bottom hinge on the driver's side door seem not to be attached but the door does open and close with a little dip when hanging open. The brakes are in decent order but heavy breaking will cause the vehicle to pull to the passenger's side. Floor panels are very sturdy there are only two small holes in the innermost layer of the drivers side. I am doing my best here to list all the faults of the vehicle in the spirit of honesty, but overall the truck is solid. I am still considering doing some of the restoration and getting the truck street ready, and i don't "need" to sell, but the extra cash wouldn't hurt. Please ask any question you have. i would be happy to answer you. Thank you for taking a look at my truck.
