1976 Dodge Dart Lite This is a very solid car from Georgia. If you know about the Dart Lite, it is full of aluminum. It is the lesser known cousin of the Plymouth Feather Duster. There were about 1000 total production. The hood braces, bumper supports, intake manifold, 4 speed gear box, steering box are all aluminum. This car was said to get over 30 MPG on the hwy. It has a manual 4 speed Hurst shifter from the factory, connected to the bullet proof 225ci slant six. I do not know the status of the engine; I have not tried to start it, as it has been sitting for some time. The bumpers are good and straight. It had some damage to the driver’s quarter that was repaired. the drivers side door has been replaced, Someone also replaced the tail lights with ones from a Duster. This would be a simple repair to put the Dart tail lights back. The car is complete, the trunk is solid, good floorboards, Factory front disc brakes, 7¼ rear end.
