Up for sale is a pristine 2007 Corvette with 1,280 actual miles! This car was ordered by my dad in September 2006, and we took delivery of the car at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY a few days before Christmas 2006. I am selling the car for my dad since he does not have a computer. The car was purchased as a weekend toy and to attend some Corvette club events in his area. However, my dad does not drive the car much, as you can see by the mileage. He finds it too hard to get in and out of the car. It has been garage-kept from the day it was delivered, and it was trailered home from the Bowling Green, KY in an enclosed trailer. Below is the list of options on the car: *2LT Equipment Group *6.0L Aluminum LS2 V8 *Z51 Performance Package *6-Speed Paddle Shift Automatic Transmission *Premium Tintcoat Paint in Atomic Orange Metallic *Corvette Museum Delivery *Competition Gray Aluminum Wheels The car is atomic orange metallic with ebony interior. As expected for the mileage, it is in excellent condition and still smells new inside! The rear cargo net that comes with the car is still new in the plastic bag, as it was delivered from the factory. He has put approximately 150 miles on the car since changing the oil and filter with Mobil 1 approximately 9 months ago. He said that he will include 6 quarts of Mobil 1 oil with a new oil filter in the trunk for the new owner. The car has been adult-driven by a 62-year-old man and has NOT been abused! You can see in the pictures that the tires are still in like-new condition. The only performance modification done to the car is an AirAid induction system. However, the stock induction system will go with the car. He did have the right rear fender repainted due to a scratch. My dad is very meticulous, and anything less than perfect is not acceptable with his cars! Touch-up paint is not in his vocabulary, so he had the scratch professionally repaired so it would match perfectly. They repainted the entire fender so they could properly blend in the paint so it would match exact. This is common practice on metallic paints. The car also has the front license plate bracket that will sell with the car. Like many Corvette enthusiasts, he refused to screw holes into the front bumper to mount a license plate! The car literally needs nothing except a new home with an owner ready to enjoy the car! He was too afraid of the car getting scratched again, so he would not drive it anywhere and park it. As you can see in the pictures, the car is one of the nicest you will find! Notice that it does not have any of the typical rub marks on the seat bolsters where people will typically rub when getting in and out of the car. He was very aware when getting in and out of the car so it would not create any wear marks. I have personally driven the car, and it truly drives like a new car. I am confident that you will not find one nicer! The car is located in Odessa, Texas and will be available for inspection by appointment only. The buyer will be responsible for picking the car up in Odessa, Texas. My dad will be more than happy to pick someone up at the airport if you would like to fly in and drive it home. The car's 3-year/36,000-mile warranty has expired, so the car is being sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied. We have tried our best to accurately represent the vehicle in pictures and descriptions, but it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the car prior to purchase. My dad does have the title in hand. Acceptable methods of payment will be wire transfer or cashier's check. If you are going to bring a cashier's check, we must be able to verify it with your bank prior to picking the car up! A non-refundable $1,000.00 deposit via a cashier's check will be required if you cannot pick the vehicle up within seven calendar days of the close of the auction.
