1982 HONDA ODYSSEY FL250 VERY NICE SHAPE ELEC START! Vehicle Description selling my very nice 1982 Honda odyssey FL250. i did some trading and got it about a month ago from a guy who found it in a barn and went thru the whole thing. right before i got it, he put a rebuilt starter on, all new fuel lines, flushed the tank, rebuilt carb, new battery, new solenoid, new tubes in rear tires, and new brakes. it has an electric start kit that was installed some years ago and works great, starts easy and battery is a few months old. all the lights work, plastics are in great shape, the 250 2 stroke is very powerful and responsive, this little guy will go ANYWHERE! i have trail ridden it a few times and it will go thru anything you throw at it. i am selling it because i want something 4 stroke and something with reverse. the Odyssey is fun, but i need somethin suited a little better for all day trail riding. the seat has 2 tears in it but foam is still in decent shape. still has seatbelt but i never wear it. the belt is worn, but i will replace with s brand new one once it sells. it has a factory snorkel air cleaner assembly that is in very good shape, all of airbox rubber is good and waterproof. the snorkel intake is about 5ft in the air, i never felt the need to go thru that much water, but you can go for it!. rear tires have a lot of tread left, fronts are decent, a little weather checked but hold air well. the rear rims have a few dents but still work. it starts easy and goes like hell, NOT a kids toy! this model has no rear suspension, and a little front suspention so i keep the tires aired down for some forgiveness. i hate to sell it, but i cant afford to add another toy without selling one. any questions or if you want to come see it, please ask
