It is a CARFAX CERTIFIED southern rust free car from North Carolina and Florida with no issues or accidents in its history. Let me describe this car to you. The paint on the car looks great, it’s rich, deep and shines brilliantly. As with any 15 year old car, you will find a tiny scratch or tiny stone chip here or there, but nothing real notable. All the chrome, and there is lots of it, looks great! The factory alloy wheels look great, no rust or corrosion. It has a like new set of Pirelli tires with 95% tread life remaining. I just had a BRAND NEW SOFT TOP INSTALLED with real glass rear window! Coming inside, you’ll find the interior very clean and inviting, this is a non-smokers car as well. The leather is soft and supple, and the interior shows very little wear or aging. The options seem to work great, and the A/C blows ice cold. The factory power top works without a hitch! This Jag runs great, drives straight down the road, and is fun to drive. Not many of these classic Jags look and run this good. The miles on the car are ACTUAL MILES as well! 8 All vehicles, whether shipped out of state, or picked up in person, must be picked up at our location in Fort Myers.

9) Most cars we sell on eBay are one owner, new car trade ins. From time to time there are payoffs that are made at banks on car loans, and titles may be in transit. This could result in a slight delay in the titles coming to me, although this is a very rare occurrence. 99% of the time I have titles in hand.

10) Any buyer with negative feedback will be ignored and their bid cancelled unless we are contacted directly to authorize the bid. Any buyer with zero feedback also needs to contact us prior to bidding. We will give negative feedback on any final bidder that refuses to honor his/her obligation. Remember bidding is a legally binding contract should you be the high bidder.

11) Because of our local customers and any unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to end the auction early. This will be rare because we want to give everyone a fair chance. So don’t be afraid to bid.

12) By the purchase of this vehicle the buyer obligates him/her-self to agree with all the guidelines and statements made above including: "as is" no warranty statements, sales tax and insurance regulations.

13) There is a $99 documentation fee on every sale regardless of state of residence.
